Therapeutic Agreement
This is a general copy of the Therapeutic Agreement. Once we have agreed to work together you will be able to access a personal copy reflecting your fee banding within the sliding scale fee structure.

The Client Portal
The Client Portal allows you to book, cancel and reschedule appointments, check invoices and view and update your forms. The Client Portal can be accessed using this link. The instructional video below talks you through the Client Portal features.
